JV planning 580K-sf mixed-use development in Dallas 

DALLAS – Ramrock Real Estate, Lincoln Property Co., HKS, and Willow Bridge Management are developing a mixed-use project at 8300 Douglas. 

The development will have a 12-story, 300,000-sf office tower with 35,000 sf of outdoor space, 11 balconies, wine room, and fitness center. 

It will also have a 17-story, 280,000-sf residential tower with a 35,000-sf rooftop park and above-ground and underground parking totaling 1,000 spaces. 

Both towers will have ground-floor retail space totaling 24,000 sf. 

Construction begins In March 2026. Completion is expected in 2028.
