JV picks up 439K-sf San Antonio shopping center
SAN ANTONIO – MCB Real Estate, Epic Real Estate Partners, and Centerbridge Partners have acquired Northwoods Shopping Center.
The 439,569-sf retail center at San Pedro Ave. was built in 1996.
The property is anchored by H-E-B. Other tenants include Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Homesense, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, and Ulta.
The center is currently 91 percent leased.
