Flower Mound’s Lakeside Village expanding
FLOWER MOUND – Realty Capital is expanding its $2.2 billion Lakeside Village Development with a $160 million mixed-use project.
Called Lakeside East, the project will include 132 townhomes, 43,000 sf of retail space, and a hotel as well as open spaces, plazas, and a public nature trail.
Construction will begin in summer 2026. Completion is expected for summer 2027.
