Metropark Square retail center sold
SHENANDOAH – Sam Moon Group has sold the retail portion of Metropark Square, a 70-acre mixed-use development.
The 173,000-sf property makes up 13.8-acres of the development.
The retail center is anchored by a 43,000-sf AMC Theatre and a 40,000-sf Dave & Buster’s.
Other retailers include Daiso, Martinis & Manicures, Aesthetic Smiles Dentistry, Salons by JC, and Sugaring NYC.
Restaurant tenants include Black Bear Diner, Top Sushi, Jax Burgers Fries & Shakes, Crawfish Café, Pho Prime, and Chuy’s.
Mubarak Real Estate LLC was the buyer.
