Firm preleases 420K-sf distribution building in Baytown
BAYTOWN – TGS Cedar Port Partners LP has preleased TGS Cedar Port DC 9, a 420,150-sf distribution building.
Supply Chain Management LLC will occupy the entirety of the building at 5300 E McKinney Rd.
The building is currently under construction on a 23-acre site and will have cross-dock configuration, an ESFR sprinkler system, 185-ft truck depths, and 40-ft clear heights.
