Residential, hotel transformation in store for 60-story Comerica Bank Tower
DALLAS – Slate Asset Management and Stream Realty Partners are transforming the Comerica Bank Tower into a mix of residential and hotel units with some office space preserved.
The 60-story tower spans 1.5 million sf and is currently 50 percent leased.
Plans call for developing a 242-room hotel on floors nine to 18 and 240 residential units on the remaining floors.
It will also have 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail space, a ballroom, and hotel rooftop pool.
