511K-sf industrial project in the works for McKinney
McKINNEY – VanTrust Real Estate is planning 121 Commerce Park, a 42-acre industrial project at the northwest corner of Tina Dr. and SH 121.
The project will deliver two Class A speculative industrial buildings totaling more than 511,000-sf.
Phase one will include the 241,561-sf Building A and the 269,641-sf Building B. Both buildings will be designed for single- or multi-tenant configurations with customizable office buildouts.
Phase one construction will begin in 2Q2026, with completion anticipated by 2Q2027.
Phase two will add an additional 250,000 sf, available for build-to-suit, with construction scheduled to begin after the delivery of phase one.
