Arlington mixed-use project receives $3.8M grant
ARLINGTON – The city council has approved a $3.8 million grant to assemble land for Arlington Center Square, a mixed-use lifestyle center.
Mahrouq Enterprises International Inc. owns the land for the development, where a luxury hotel is currently under construction.
The 145-key hotel is estimated to cost $54 million.
The project could also include a food hall, retail, restaurants, multifamily housing, and structured parking.
