$2.5B JPS campus expansion in the works
FORT WORTH – John Peter Smith Health Network is planning a $2.5 billion expansion of its medical campus.
The JPS facility currently has 600 beds.
Plans involve building a new hospital and expanding the existing Pavillion.
Projects include an 80,000-sf JPS Psychiatric Emergency Center, the Medical Home Southwest Tarrant health center at 5001 Mesa Springs Dr., and the Las Vegas Trail Health Center.
An outpatient facility is also expected to open in early 2029.
The remaining facility will open in 2030.
