Kerri Lewis

Expert Bio

Kerri is a real estate and administrative law attorney, licensed in Texas since 1984. She served as general counsel for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) from 2013-19 and was Deputy General Counsel from 2012-13 . She also served as TREC’s Director of Standards & Enforcement Services from 2009 -2012. Kerri’s career spans over 35 years and includes legal and management experience in both the public and private sectors. She has represented real estate developers, license holders, and individual parties, as well as small businesses, financial institutions, and government agencies in Austin and Washington, D.C.
