FORT WORTH – The Georgetown Company has purchased Waterside, a 12.6-acre retail center at 3700 Vision Dr. 

The 157,000-sf property was 98 percent leased at the time of sale. 

Waterside is anchored by Whole Foods, with other retail tenants including REI, Tricky Fish, and First Watch. 

JLL represented the seller, Trademark Property Company, in the transaction.
