IRVING – AptVest has sold The Flats at 183, a 228-unit apartment community at 3328 Willow Creek Dr.

Built in 1968, the property spans 128,000 sf across 19 buildings.

The complex has seen more than $4.1 million in renovations since 2021, including interior unit upgrades, roofing, landscaping, and parking lot resurfacing.
