$400M Apple campus underway in North Austin

AUSTIN – Hensel Phelps Construction Co. is developing Apple Inc.’s new campus at 6900 W. Parmer Ln. 

The ongoing work at the new campus involves construction of a 200,000-sf, four-story building, a 300,000-sf building with multiple stories, a 370,000-sf building with five stories, and a 1.2 million-sf parking garage. 

Total cost of the work is estimated to be upward of $400 million.  

Completion is slated for June 2025.
