Crating company grows its footprint at Baytown industrial center to 568K sf

BAYTOWN – Gulf Coast Crating has expanded its footprint to 567,000 sf at Portside Logistics Center.

Portside Logistics Center is a two-building complex at 4838 and 4908 Borusan Rd. developed by Stream Realty Partners and Principal Asset Management.

Gulf Coast Crating has occupied 432,000 sf in Building 1 since last year and has now signed a 135,000-sf lease in Building 2.

The development is now 100 percent occupied.
