AUSTIN – The North Austin Complex has entered into an expansion phase.
Located in the vicinity of 45th St., 51st St. and North Lamar Blvd., the property will primarily serve as headquarters for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
The $186 million project features the addition of a nine-story, 406,000-sf state office building and a multi-level parking garage with 1,850 spaces.
The first floor will host training facilities, offices and a dining area, intermediate levels feature office space, while the top floor will have executive suites.
Both structures will be located southwest of the John H. Winters Buildings at 51st St. and Lamar Blvd.
The development is slated for completion in 2020.
