JV complete Phase One of $30M renovation of Arlington Shopper Center

ARLINGTON – Fairbourne Properties and AEW Capital Management completed the first phase of their $30 million renovation of the 715,000-sf Arlington Highlands shopping center.

The partnership purchased the 20-year-old development in 2011.

The first phase of the renovation increased walkability and added a 48,000 sf public park with pathways connected to the retail quads and a 5,000 sf canopy of lights.

The next phase of the renovation will bring wayfinding signage, additional park amenities, and property upgrades by the end of 2025.
