HOUSTON – Constellation Real Estate Partners and Cadre will develop a 192,306-sf speculative industrial project at the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and Telephone Rd.
The 20.8-acre development will include two buildings with 28-ft clear heights.
Work will start in the second quarter with completion slated for first quarter 2024.
