JV to develop two TAMU student housing projects in Northgate

COLLEGE STATION – Subtext and Larson Capital Management are developing two student housing developments in the Northgate Entertainment District that will serve students at Texas A&M University.

EVER College Station at 401 Stasney St. will be a 7-story building with 545 beds across 176 units.

VERVE College Station at 311 Stasney St. will be a 21-story property with 1,193 beds across 382 units and will also have 882 parking spaces.

Both properties will have units ranging from studios to five-bedroom floorplans.

They will also include over 29,000 sf of indoor amenities and an additional 26,000 sf of outdoor amenities.

The first phase of the project will begin construction summer 2025.

EVER College Station will be delivered summer 2027, followed by VERVE College Station in summer 2028.
