HOUSTON – A private real estate firm from Dallas has acquired the six-building office complex, Greenspoint Place.Located on Greenspoint Dr. near the intersection of Interstate 45 and Beltway 8, the 36-acre campus has more than 2 million sf of space, including some 50,000 sf of retail space.
The property’s location, amenities, and accessibility to the airport and high-end residential areas are appealing.
