DALLAS – Owners of downtown Dallas’ landmark Trammell Crow Center are having a formal kickoff of the redevelopment of the Ross Ave. tower.

The 50-story skyscraper is getting a makeover complete with construction of a new parking garage, retail and hotel across the street. The lobby, lower floors and entry of the tower will be revamped.
Financial services giant Goldman Sachs is leasing more than five floors of the 1.2 million-sf office tower.
The company will move hundreds of workers not located in Las Colinas to more than 150,000 sf in the Trammell Crow Center.
Stream Realty, which leases the tower, is having a ceremony on March 8 to begin the construction.
The parking lot on the south side of Ross Ave. at Olive St. where the garage will be built has already been cleared and ready for the groundbreaking.
