Two leases bring Georgetown industrial park to 85 percent occupancy
GEORGETOWN – Jackson Shaw Co. has signed a pair of new leases at Crosspoint Business District, its 224-acre industrial park. The leases bring the first phase of the development to 85 percent occupancy.
Control Panels USA Inc. has leased the entirety of the 146,000-sf building 2 , while Clopay Corp. has leased 23,000-sf of building 3.
Control Panels USA plans to move into the space in January, while Clopay plans to move in this summer.
The company is nearing completion of the first phase of 62-acre park, which consists of 488,000 sf spread across three buildings.
The additional phases, which total roughly 162 acres, are in the planning stages but are projected to include industrial, commercial, and multifamily development.
