United Properties breaks into Austin multifamily market with pair of apartment developments 

AUSTIN – United Properties LLC has opened its first two multifamily properties in the Austin area. 

Bishop Momo, a 256,510-sf property at 4341 S. Congress Ave. in the St. Elmo District, is a 274-unit property with one- and two-bedroom apartments. 

Of these apartments, 28 are affordably priced. Half of those are priced at 80 percent median family income (MFI), and the other half are priced at 50 percent MFI. 

Bishop Momo also has 6,000 sf of retail space available for lease. 

The other development, Shelby Ranch, sits on eight-acres at 2210 Lynnbrook Dr.  

The 302-unit complex has studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. One hundred and forty-seven are open for residents, and the remaining 155 units are nearing completion.
