In Austin, Landmark also purchased the 298-unit Landmark at Barton Creek (formerly Mission Barton Creek) for $37.5 million.
In July 2013, Landmark acquired Austin’s Mission Tanglewood, a 364-unit apartment community located at 2915 Aftonshire Way. The asset sold for $24.3 million.
