AUSTIN – Facebook parent company Meta Platforms has signed a 589,000-sf office lease at Sixth and Guadalupe, formerly known as 6 X Guadalupe.
The company will occupy office space across 33 floors in the mixed-use tower. The building will also include 349 apartments and retail space.
Lincoln Property Co., Kairoi Residential, and DivcoWest developed the high-rise.
Construction will be complete in 2023.
