Expert Bio
Harold is a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana, a small town located about 45 miles southwest of New Orleans. He earned his B.S., Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Texas A&M University. Before obtaining his Ph.D., Harold worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for McCracken and Associates in Dallas, Texas.
As a research economist with the Texas Real Estate Research Center, Harold has been involved in research examining economic development, transportation, affordable housing, energy efficiency, oil & gas activity, and a broad array of other special topics that affect Texas real estate markets
