IRVING – A 379,014-sf office building at 5959 Las Colinas Blvd. has sold.

Built on 290 acres, Capital Commercial Investments purchased the campus for future expansion and development.

Amenities include a fitness center, cafeteria, and multiple conference rooms.

JLL represented the seller and has been retained to manage the property and market it for lease.
