Partners Real Estate completes 366K-sf spec building at RCR Taylor Logistics Park

TAYLOR – Partners Real Estate has completed a 366,000-sf speculative building at the RCR Taylor Logistics Park. Work will begin shortly on a 183,000-sf, rail-served building.

Partners amassed about 70 acres in the park, with the 366,000-sf building taking up 20 acres and the 183,000-sf building expected to take up about 15. Partners has an additional 16 acres under contract in the park.

The logistics park is being developed by Hempstead-based RCR Rail Park Development Co. in conjunction with McAlister Assets LLC.
