1.7 million sf of data center space slated for west San Antonio 

SAN ANTONIO – Stream Data Centers is building 1.5 million sf of data center space on 135 acres at Loop 1604 and West Military Dr. 

Construction is underway on a 300,000-sf building at 11203 W. Military Dr that is expected to be finished in second quarter 2025. The property will ultimately have up to five data centers with 200 megawatts of capacity collectively, and will include a CPS substation. 

CyrusOne has also begun work on a pair of data centers totaling 276,000 sf. The facilities at 14677 Omicron Dr. in Texas Research Park will have 36 megawatts of capacity.
