HOCKLEY – Johnson Development is planning a 1,000-home, master-planned community along Grand Parkway south of FM 2920.
Johnson Development acquired the 318 acres for the community in October and recently secured a $41.8 million loan to begin construction.
The community, zoned for Waller Independent School District, will have 11 acres of recreational and amenity space.
The first lots are expected to be delivered to builders by third quarter 2025.
