27-story luxury apartment tower opens in downtown Cowtown 

FORT WORTH – Southern Land Company LLC has opened Deco 969, a 27-story luxury apartment tower at 969 Commerce St. 

The 302-unit building is now 16 percent leased. 

Of the 567,000-sf tower, 9,800 sf is for indoor amenity space and 6,800 sf is for outdoor amenity space. Rooftop amenities include a pool, lawn, kitchen, and lounge. 

Provision Concepts LLC plans to open restaurant Broadway 10 in 8,500 sf on the ground floor.
