IDI Logistics delivers 310K-sf industrial project in Round Rock  

ROUND ROCK – IDI Logistics has completed a 310,689-sf industrial project.  

The three-building project represents phase one of Sunrise Commerce Center, a 465,786-sf speculative development that will ultimately have five buildings on a 37-acre site.  

Phase one’s rear-load buildings range from 59,274 to 175,170 sf. 

Construction began in May 2023.
