SELMA – Ackerman & Co. has completed Corporate Drive Industrial Complex, a Class A industrial park off I-35. 

The 511,000-sf development consists of two buildings. Building 1 is 274,000 sf, and Building 2 is 237,000 sf. 

The facilities have 32 to 36 ft clear heights, 60 dock doors, two drive-in bays, and zoning for I-1. 

It also has 647 parking spaces with the option for 88 additional spaces, ESFR fire protection, and a robust 480/277 three-phase power setup with 2,000-AMP capacity.
