CEDAR PARK – Holt Lundsford Commercial Investments has acquired 22 acres along Scottsdale Dr. to develop a 281,000-sf industrial project.
Plans call for three rear-load buildings measuring 138,600 sf, 97,200 sf, and 45,240 sf.
Construction will begin in late 2025.
