Real Estate Center Turns 45

The ’70s was also the decade in which the burger chain revolutionized the fast-food industry with products such as the Egg McMuffin and Happy Meal.

The world has changed a lot since 1971.

That was the year we first opened our doors here at Texas A&M University. Since then, we’ve produced more than 2,100 technical reports, articles, white papers and videos, and we’ve become a nationally respected source of reliable Texas real estate research.

But one thing hasn’t changed: our mission. Forty-five years later, we’re still helping Texans make better real estate decisions.
