Expert Bio
James has enjoyed a career of 41 years with Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the Texas Real Estate Research Center in September 2024, he held leadership positions in business services/operations in the College of Agriculture, College of Engineering, College of Science, Mays Business School, and, most recently, the College of Arts & Sciences. James has lived in Bryan-College Station since 1971, and he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M in 1983.
