125K-sf north Houston industrial project nears completion 

HOUSTON – Welcome Group is nearing completion of Pinto Park, a 125,333-sf industrial project encompassing nine acres. 

Construction of the 56,272-sf building at 454 Fallbrook Dr. is expected to be complete in the coming weeks and is fully preleased.  

Building 2, which totals 69,061 sf, is also scheduled for a fall completion. 

KDW served as the general contractor for the project. Welcome Group was self-represented in the lease negotiations.
