HOUSTON – A $15 million overhaul of Four Westlake, a 20-story tower that has been vacant for over a year, is in the works. 

The renovation of the 564,291-sf building at 200 Westlake Park Blvd. will add restaurant space that could fit three food kiosks with seating for up to 120. 

The remodel will also upgrade the fitness center, conferencing space, elevator, and HVAC system.
