1,800-home master-planned community slated for north Anna
ANNA – Old Prosper Partners is developing Liberty Falls, an 1,800-home master-planned community along US 75.
Phase one, which begins construction this fall, will have 269 homes on 74 acres along the development’s east side.
Homebuilders for the first phase include Grand Homes, Perry Homes, Shaddock Homes, and William Ryan Homes.
Veritas Communities will develop the remaining residential acres and invest $50 million into site infrastructure to provide an east/west thruway over US 75 via Mantua Pkwy. and Standridge Blvd.
Home prices start at $500,000 and range from 1,800 to 4,000 sf. First move-ins are targeted for 2027.
Future phases of Liberty Hills include plans for high-end apartments and commercial development.
