LEANDER – AEW Capital Management has acquired the 189,507-sf Bar W Marketplace. The shopping center was fully leased at time of sale. 

Anchored by grocer H-E-B, the center also has a Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Whataburger, Chili’s, Torchy’s Tacos, and 7Brew Coffee.
