ELMENDORF – ECOR Global Inc. plans to build a $200 million, 360,000-sf manufacturing plant to convert agricultural and urban waste into recyclable commercial panels.

The facility will employ 150 people with an average salary of $56,000 and is expected to generate over $100 million in annual revenue.

About half of its production will supply pallets for major bottling companies, including AB InBev, Coca-Cola Co., Grupo Modelo, and Heineken NV.

Bexar County is considering a 10-year, $2.2 million property tax abatement for the project.

Construction is set to begin by late 2025 and is expected to take two years to complete.
