FREDERICKSBURG – DC Partners is planning The Meuse, a 22-acre, mixed-use development at the intersection SH 290 and Main St.
The project will have 73,200 sf of destination retail, restaurants, and tasting rooms.
The development will also be anchored by a luxury boutique hotel.
The project is expected to break ground this spring and construction is slated to be finished by the end of 2027.
