FORT WORTH – Leon Capital has broken ground on the 236,000-sf Riverbend East Industrial Park.

Located at I-820 and SH 121, the development will have two buildings capable of accommodating users requiring 26,000 to 148,000 sf of space.

Buildings will have 32-ft clear heights, 135-ft truck court depths, and ESFR sprinkler systems.

Completion is slated for next summer.

Leon Capital is also planning a third, 56,000-sf building with two acres of outdoor storage space.
