DALLAS – Databank is expanding its 292-acre 480MW data center campus with the construction of Databank Red Oak – DFW10. 

The second facility will be 425,000 sf and will house a two-story data center and an office. 

Work is expected to begin in February 2025. Estimated construction costs are $256 million. 

JHET Architects will design the project. 

The project will be completed in July 2028.
