362K-sf Park79 Commerce Center breaking ground next month 

AUSTIN – Quannah Partners LLC will break ground next month on Park79 Commerce Center, a 362,000-sf industrial park at 14501 US 79. 

The company acquired 69 acres for the development in January. The buildable area is about 35 acres, while the remaining 34 acres will be donated for public recreational use. 

Each building will have 32-foot clear heights, dock-high doors, 185-foot truck courts, trailer parking, and other amenities, and each can accommodate tenants requiring 30,000 to 132,000 sf.  

The buildings will also have 3,000 sf of office space.
