45K-sf entertainment center under development in Valley Ranch Town Center 

HOUSTON – The Signorelli Co. is developing Lumos, a 45,000-sf entertainment concept at 22296 Market Place Dr. in Valley Ranch Town Center, the 240-acre mixed-use development. 

Lumos will have family entertainment such as bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, an XD movie theater, and a 6,000-sf arcade with virtual reality games, karaoke rooms, and private event spaces. 

There will also be a cocktail bar, restaurant, and outdoor patio for watching sports on large LED screens. 

Delivery is scheduled for next spring.
