515 Post Oak office tower sold in Galleria district 

HOUSTON – EY Ventures LLC has purchased 515 Post Oak, a 275,000-sf Class-A office tower, from New York Life Real Estate Investors. 

Built in the 1980s, the property has undergone $1 million in capital improvements. 

Upgraded amenities include a fitness center, tenant lounge and game room, onsite café, and technology-equipped conference areas. 

The property is 74 percent leased. 

JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer.
