HOUSTON – The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center has begun construction on a 757,000-sf Clinical Service’s Building at 6516 MD Anderson Blvd. in the Texas Medical Center.  

The 12-story facility will have clinical innovation simulation suites, nursing education centers, and space for supportive services, such as loading docks and pharmacy operations. 

Three skybridges will connect the building to MD Anderson’s inpatient, outpatient, and cell therapy research buildings.  

Completion is slated for 2028.
