Auto parts manufacturer moves into 185K-sf Houston distribution center

HOUSTON – Empire Auto Parts is opening its first distribution center in the area, a roughly 185,000-sf warehouse property at 13612 Furman Rd. 

Empire Auto Parts leased the space in November. They moved in this past week and have now begun operations. 

The rear-load warehouse sits on just over 12 acres and includes 137 car parking spaces, 23 trailer spots, 34 loading docks, two drive-ins, ESFR sprinklers, and 32-ft ceiling heights.
