HOUSTON – Prop Parts has signed a 120,000-sf lease at Fairbanks Northwest Distribution Center, a newly constructed two-building, 358K-sf warehouse distribution center on 23 acres.
The lease brings the development to 80 percent occupancy, with 75,000 sf remaining available.
CBRE represented the landlord, Triten Real Estate Partners.
