BAYTOWN – Fidelis Realty Partners has begun its redevelopment of the former San Jacinto Mall.

The 105-acre future mixed-use development at I-10 and Garth Rd. will include a 550,000-sf shopping center with open green space.

Phase one, which will focus on retail and restaurants, is expected to be completed by December 2026. The plan is to have ten anchor tenants making up 75 percent of all retail space, multitenant buildings, and pad sites.

Phase two will include one or two three-story apartment complexes, a hotel, and office building.

The entire project expected to be finished by mid-2028.
